Spinning (Centrifugal Compaction)
The mould is rotated at high speed in a spinning machine. This centrifugal action compacts the concrete, removes excess water, and forms a dense, hollow, circular section.
Concrete Mixing
High-strength concrete is prepared using cement, fine aggregates, coarse aggregates, water, and admixtures in controlled proportions.
Cage Placement
The prepared reinforcement cage is placed inside the mould and aligned properly with spacers to maintain uniform cover.

Reinforcement cage is fabricated using longitudinal bars and spiral rings (helical reinforcement) as per design requirements.
Mould Preparation
Steel moulds (cylindrical/half-round) are thoroughly cleaned and coated with release oil to ensure smooth finishing and easy demoulding.
