Inspection
Finished base plates are inspected for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and defects like cracks or honeycombing.
Water Curing
The de-moulded base plate is cured using water (ponding/sprinkling) for 7-14 days to achieve required strength and durability as per IS standards.
De-moulding
After initial setting (typically 24-48 hours), the base plate is carefully removed from the mould.
