Initial Curing (Mould Curing)
The cast base plate is allowed to set within the mould under controlled conditions for initial strength gain.
Surface Finishing
The top surface is levelled and finished using trowels to obtain a smooth and even finish.
Compaction
The concrete is compacted using needle vibrators to eliminate air voids and achieve dense and uniform structure.
Concreting
The freshly mixed concrete is poured into the prepared mould containing reinforcement.
Concrete Mixing
Concrete is prepared using cement, fine aggregates, coarse aggregates, and water in the required proportion, ensuring uniform and high-quality mix.
Reinforcement Placement
Steel reinforcement bars are cut, bent, and placed inside the mould as per design. Proper cover blocks are used to maintain spacing and alignment.
