Stacking & Delivery
Finished spun poles are stacked properly in the yard and transported safely to site for installation.
Inspection & Testing
Poles are tested for: • dimensional accuracy • surface quality • structural strength (load/deflection tests as per standards)
Water Curing
Poles are further cured using water (sprinkling or ponding) for several days to achieve full strength and durability.
De-moulding
Once sufficient strength is achieved; the spun poles are carefully removed from the moulds.
Initial Curing (Steam/Heat Curing)
After spinning, poles are subjected to steam or heat curing to accelerate strength gain.
