As the leading manufacturer and provider of PSC poles, we cater to majority of KSEB and TANGEDCO’s needs. We can produce more than 3500 Poles per day on 35 Acres of Land in various locations in Tamil Nadu. We have set up Four manufacturing units in the state to ensure adequate supply and service for TNEB & KSEB. We offer different sizes of poles to suit their specifications, such as, 8 Mtr 200 Kg, 9 Mtr 200 Kg, 9 Mtr 300 Kg and 9 Mtr 400 Kg and 9M Sp. Sq RCC poles.

The pinnacle of time arrived when our group had supplied a huge quantity of poles to Gujarat EB for the relief work during (2001) earthquake disaster, THANE cyclone disaster in Tamilnadu & Pondichery (2011), GAJA cyclone disaster in Tamil Nadu (2018) & HUD-HUD cyclone in Vishakapatnam and various parts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana (2014). We had supplied highest number of poles, screening our services even during crisis.

Grill Fabrication
Reinforcement grills are meticulously bent and welded as per IS code specifications, ensuring optimum structural integrity of the poles.
Mould Preparation
Moulds are thoroughly cleaned and coated with release oil to facilitate smooth removal of the finished poles after casting.
Reinforcement Placement
Prepared RCC grills are accurately positioned inside the moulds to provide the required strength and support to the concrete poles.
Concrete Mixing
Concrete is mixed using on-site batching plants, utilizing premium-grade materials such as coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, admixtures, cement, and water to ensure consistent quality.
Concreting
The freshly mixed concrete is evenly poured into the prepared moulds, fully encapsulating the reinforcement grills.
Compaction
The filled moulds undergo vibration to achieve thorough compaction, eliminating air voids and guaranteeing dense, uniform concrete.
Initial Curing in Moulds/Beds
After pouring and compaction, the concrete is allowed to cure within the moulds or curing beds under controlled conditions to gain initial strength.
Pole Release Preparation
Following the initial curing phase, the poles are carefully demoulded and inspected to ensure proper shaping and finish.
Lifting
The demoulded poles are lifted using gantry cranes and transported to designated areas for further curing.
Water Curing
Gandhar Group adheres to IS standards and employs the Tank Curing method, where poles are submerged and cured in water tanks to develop maximum strength.
Delivery
The cured and quality-checked poles are securely loaded onto transport vehicles for delivery to customers.
On-site Stacking
At the client’s location, Gandhar Group ensures that poles are carefully unloaded and stacked following best practices for storage and handling.

High-tensile steel wires are pre-stressed and threaded through the moulds. This pre-tensioning enhances the strength and durability of the final product.
Concrete Mixing
Concrete is produced in on-site batching plants, utilizing high-quality raw materials including coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, admixtures, cement, and water.
Concreting
The freshly mixed concrete is poured into the prepared moulds.
Compaction
The filled moulds are vibrated to ensure thorough compaction of the concrete, eliminating air pockets and achieving uniform density.
Mould/Bed Curing
After pouring and compaction, the concrete cures within the moulds or curing beds under controlled conditions.
Pole Release Preparation
Once initial curing is complete, the pre-stressed wires are carefully cut, releasing the tension and allowing the poles to be de-tensioned safely.
Lifting
Finished poles are lifted from the moulds with gantry cranes and relocated for subsequent processing.
Curing:
Gandhar Group employs two IS-standardized water curing methods.
Tank Curing:
Poles are stacked and cured in water tanks as per IS standards.
Stockyard Curing
Alternatively, poles are cured at the stockyard following IS guidelines.
Stocking
After curing, the poles are neatly stacked in the stockyard, forming the finished goods inventory.
Delivery
Poles are securely loaded onto transport vehicles for dispatch to customers.
On-site Stacking
Upon delivery, Gandhar Group ensures that poles are carefully and systematically stacked at the customer’s site.
