Poles are securely loaded onto transport vehicles for dispatch to customers.

De-tensioned poles are lifted from the moulds with gantry cranes and relocated for subsequent Processing. Curing: After careful removal Gandhar group employs do these two IS-Standardized waters curing methods. I. Stack curing. II. Tank curing.

The demoulded poles are lifted using gantry cranes and transported to designated areas for further curing.

Once the comparative strength achieved, the poles are carefully demoulded and inspected to ensure proper shaping and finish.

After the final setting, the concrete cures within the moulds under controlled conditions to gain initial strength.
