Manufacturing Process of RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) Poles
At Gandhar Group, RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) poles are manufactured using advanced techniques and stringent quality controls to ensure superior performance and durability. The comprehensive production process includes the following key stages
Reinforcement grills are meticulously bent and welded as per IS code and specifications, ensuring optimum structural integrity of the poles.
Moulds are thoroughly cleaned and coated with release oil, enabling easy removal of finished poles after casting.
Prepared RCC grills are accurately positioned inside the moulds to provide the required strength and support to the concrete poles.
Concrete is produced in on-site batching machines, utilizing high-quality raw materials including coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, cement and water.
The freshly mixed concrete is poured into the prepared moulds, fully encapsulating the reinforcement grills.
The filled moulds are vibrated to ensure thorough compaction, eliminating air voids and guaranteeing dense, uniform concrete.
After the final setting, the concrete cures within the moulds under controlled conditions to gain initial strength.
Once the comparative strength achieved, the poles are carefully demoulded and inspected to ensure proper shaping and finish.
The demoulded poles are lifted using gantry cranes and transported to designated areas for further curing.
De-tensioned poles are lifted from the moulds with gantry cranes and relocated for subsequent Processing. Curing: After careful removal Gandhar group employs do these two IS-Standardized waters curing methods.

Poles are securely loaded onto transport vehicles for dispatch to customers.
